Shifting the Narrative from Challenge to Strength
Neurodiversity coaching is about more than just “managing” symptoms. It is a collaborative process where we identify what makes you thrive. Whether you are navigating a new diagnosis or looking for better ways to balance daily life, my approach centers on self-acceptance and practical empowerment. With over 35 years of experience supporting unique learning profiles, I help you co-design routines and environments that reduce overwhelm and increase joy.
Benefits of Neurodiversity Coaching
Strengths-Based Self-Awareness: Shift the focus from what feels “broken” to what makes you thrive. We work together to identify your natural talents and cognitive strengths, building a foundation of self-confidence and authenticity.
Customized Executive Functioning Toolkits: Move away from one-size-fits-all planners. We co-design low-demand systems for organization, time management, and task initiation that actually work with your brain’s unique wiring.
Sustainable Energy Management: Learn to identify your sensory profile and energy patterns. By understanding what drains and sustains you, we can create daily routines that reduce burnout and “masking” fatigue.
Empowered Self-Advocacy: Develop the language and confidence to communicate your needs. Whether in the workplace, at school, or in personal relationships, you’ll gain practical strategies for setting boundaries and requesting meaningful support.
Frequently Asked Questions
Who can benefit from neurodiversity and academic coaching?
I support learners of all ages: children, teens, and adults. My practice is specifically designed for those with neurodivergent identities, such as ADHD, autism, or learning differences, as well as anyone looking for a compassionate, strengths-based approach to growth.
How do I book a consultation with NeuroBlossom Education Services?
The first step is to request a complimentary 20-minute call through our contact page. This low-pressure conversation allows us to meet, discuss your specific needs, and determine if my strengths-based approach is the right fit for you or your family.
Are education services covered by insurance in Ontario?
Coverage depends entirely on your specific provider and plan. While I do not bill insurance directly, I provide detailed receipts for all services. Many clients successfully submit these for reimbursement under “educational consulting” or “coaching” categories.
What is the cancellation policy for coaching sessions?
I value the time we dedicate to our sessions. I require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to the full session fee.
Do I need a formal diagnosis to receive educational support?
No. A formal clinical diagnosis is not required to work with me. I honor your lived experience and self-identification. My focus is on supporting your unique learning and processing profile, regardless of whether you have a formal label or documentation.
